i have only been able to find them if you select a cephalyx tier list where they can be played. otherwise i couldn't find them either. they are not listed in the common cards library openly...

yes, it was a "feature", because some models in some theme forces are duplicates (mainly cygnar entries for magnus agenda), so the card library is "filtered" to display only models that are not available only in theme forces.

as far as i know, the agitators are in this case, they can be taken only in puppet master and the other cephalix theme force... i don't believe there is a contract for them, but i'm not quite sure.

this is the same for butcher3's dogs (which are FA:U, not caster-attachment), the special arcanist (force wall theme?), ...
